the Gurney’s

Here are a few pictures of my session with the Gurney’s last night.  It was pretty cold, but not quite as cold as the single digits we shot in last time. Here are a few of my favorites.

I love this last picture of Cooper, he was so done with pictures and this was just the shot to show it! LOL!    I am sure he was thinking “seriously, how many pictures do you need”.

       This is my sister Jill and her husband.  They are seriously way to cute.  It’s quite disgusting actually.  While doing family pictures I got this picture of them.  I love how sweet Harry is to Jill, she deserves it!

Umbrella Obsession

   I have a confession to make, I LOVE UMBRELLAS!  I can’t help but love them.  I find myself in stores checking to see if they have any new colors or styles I must have. I know it’s crazy but you just got love them.  My newest umbrella being modeled by my daughter Shaylie.  Super Cute!

           

                         

 

 

                 

Elder Holland visits the Tri-Cities

I had the rare opportunity to photograph Elder Holland and the missionaries in the Columbia River Mission.  Since the weather was beautiful I photographed them in front of the Columbia River Temple.  I got as many shots as possible in the short time allowed.  I am thankful for this opportunity and flattered that they would ask me.  I of course called in back up.  My good photographer friend Tiffany Parrish came out and shot pictures with me.  Thanks for helping me Tiffany. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated having you there to back me up and for moral support.

Friday Favorite

      While I was out of town this weekend with friends, it snowed where we were staying.  I couldn’t help but run out and take as many pictures as possible. Here is my new friend Deanna. I love the snow, it is so pretty.  I got great pictures and will share a few more soon.

                                      Here is a quick preview of the Pratt family.  Are they so cute or what?  Love it!  I love the alley and love how stinkin cute all of their kids are.  Super fun!

My Brielle

       This is my oldest child.  Is she gorgeous or what?  I absolutely adore her. She is so compassionate and kind and fun to be around.  She used to be so shy and now is this bubbly, fun, darling girl.  Why does she have to grow up so fast? I love you Brielle, more than words can ever express.  You are an amazing daughter, sister,& friend. Know that you are truly beautiful inside and out!!  We love you special!!

My Family

              Here is my family.  We had these pictures taken today in what might have been the windiest day yet.  However, I was determined to get these done since Brielle is getting braces in 2 weeks.  So rain or shine we were getting it done.  Luckily I have a good friend that I exchange photo sessions with that was willing to go out even with the lovely weather.  I hope her hands have defrosted by now.  seriously, LOL!

I think in most of these picture my hair is actually standing straight up.  Shaylie, my youngest girl would hardly smile until we told her would take her on a train that she could see in the distance.  During the entire session she was whining “Choo Choo, Choo Choo”.  This should be easy, my kids are seasoned models after all of the shots I take of them. Yeah right!  Here is our cutest shot.  My kids say I am such a poser, and I guess that is pretty much the truth.  After we did our family photos, I grabbed my camera and got some individuals of my kids.
