The Stout family

The Stouts are one of the most amazing families I know and have become some of our best friends since we moved to the tricities.

Just recently their oldest daughter Ashlynne was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma a rare bone cancer that would require her and her Mom to move to Seattle and start treatment immediately.  We decided that before she would have to leave for 8 months we should try to squeeze in some family photos. I am so thankful that I could be a part of that.

I have seen such an outpouring of love and support towards their family during this tough time and I am so grateful to everyone who continues to want to help.

We love you Stout family!  We will continue to pray for you and Ashlynne as you endure this trial.

Ashlynne and her Mom will be in Seattle for the next 8 months while her Dad will be here with the 4 younger kids while he continues to work. They are also expecting their 6th child in August. I can’t imagine how overwhelming this all must be or what type of expense would follow, but if you would like to help or donate towards her expenses,

a benefit is being held here in the tricities for Ashlynne on May 1st.

If you are willing to donate any goods or services for a silent auction please notify Peggy Steward at pegsteward@hotmail.com  Examples of donations may include, gift cards, handmade items, specialty items, vacation rentals, services, etc. We will need these items by Monday April 23rd.

For those that would like to donate to the bake sale, please contact Moana England @ malialaulani@hotmail.com  She will need the items by Monday April 30th.
There will soon be an account set up at a bank under her name for those who would like to make any cash donations.

You can follow Ashlynne’s blog at http://www.caringbridge.org/visit/ashlynnestout/mystory
